The next Queen City ACHMM chapter meeting will be Tuesday, July 13, 2010 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  This will include a University Tour and overview of waste management program at UNCC.  The location will be UNCC Campus, Cone Center Room 208 in Charlotte, North Carolina.  If you are on our email list, you should have already received a meeting notice.  

Meeting

• Topic: University Tour and overview of waste management program at UNCC (How to operate a waste program at a University).  NOTE: PLEASE BRING A PAIR OF SAFETY GLASSES WE WILL BE GOING TO SOME LAB AREAS WHERE THEY ARE REQUIRED

• Parking: Visitor parking is on the second level of Cone Deck.  Cone Center is directly across the road from the Cone deck.

• Location: UNCC Campus, Cone Center Room 208, Charlotte, NC  

• Meal: We will provide sandwiches, chips and soda/tea.

Directions

• Cone Center can be easily reached by coming in the South Entrance of campus, off of 49/University City Boulevard.    The South Entrance is Cameron Blvd….take Cameron to the first red light and make a right.  Come up the hill and you will see Cone Center parking deck on the left.  Visitor parking is on the second level of Cone Deck.  Cone Center is directly across the road from the Cone deck.  Come in the lower entrance of Cone Center and go up the steps to the second floor…208 is one of the conference rooms.
